Im blessed to have come across , experience and incorporate the vegan lifestyle. But none of this would have been possible without the grace of god and my spiritual teacher, guide and friend “Swami Ramailinga Vallalar”. I learnt about him through my father, he shared his life’s story and spiritual teachings with me. I was so fascinated and intrigued to know him more and learn his principles.

Vallalar was a great saint of the 19th century. He was born in Tamilnadu, India. He was a born as a blessing from Lord Shiva and meditated his way back to god by changing his body into “Light form”. He has preached & shared his teachings and the words of god on adopting a Vegetarian / Vegan lifestyle. He has highlighted the “One sin, that is never forgiven by god would be killing of innocent beings”. He was one of the main reason , i’ am what i’m right now. Featuring him in my blog was the most logical and honorable thing i could do.

This is just a reminder to me where my intellect and compassion came from. You don’t have to be a believer of God or on spirituality to know the right from the wrong! The source of your belief or trust can come from anywhere or anything, the important thing is do you honor the right?

“A man/women who kills or responsible of killing a chicken/cow/pig/goat/or any innocent being and feeds on their flesh for mere pleasure of consumption …, once during their lifetime…..; are made to take the birth of the same chicken/cow/pig/goat/or any animal that they slaughtered ….; for the next 1000 births of his/her life on Earth and be killed in the same gruesome way…….; as an act of God”
